You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Please note that after this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

To begin the return process, please send an email to service@orderglide.com. In your email, include your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back until you have received confirmation from us. We will provide you with the specific return address and further instructions via email.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
